Pinchos with sardines is a Spanish appetizer. Vegetables for the sauce can be finely chopped or grated in a mortar with the rest of the ingredients.

  Cooking Recipe
For the sardine pintxos recipe, cut the baguette into slices of approximately 1 cm and fry in vegetable oil on both sides. While the baguette slices are cooling, cook the sauce.
Combine finely chopped onion with finely chopped sweet pepper, add mustard, chopped parsley, lemon juice, vinegar and oil. Mix everything well.
Spread a small amount of sauce on the cooled baguette slices, top with half a sardine and again a small layer of sauce. Prick everything with a skewer and pinchos can be served.
