Chili hot dog – recipe for cooking Gorodon Ramzi, the chef never ceases to amaze with a variety of dishes. It seems to be simple, but at the same time unusual and very tasty. Everyone is used to hot dogs, but most likely not everyone has tried this one. The only problem with this dish is not ease of eating, I can't imagine how you can eat it on the street, because a hot dog is street food. But all this no longer becomes important in the aromas and taste of the hot dog. Impossible to come off - it's very tasty.

Frankfurter Sausages 4 pcs

Hot Dog Bun 4 pcs

Beef Meat 300 g

Tomatoes in their Own Juice 200-300 g

Onion 2 pcs

Garlic 3-4 cloves

Olive Oil 1-2 tbsp

Caraway 1 tsp

Ground Hot Pepper 1 tsp

Tomato Paste 2 tbsp

Worcestershire Sauce 1-2 tbsp

For the recipe Gordon Ramsay's dish, chili hot dog, peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Wash the beef, cut into small pieces and twist through a meat grinder.

Heat oil in a skillet, add onion and fry until soft over medium heat. Then add garlic, caraway seeds and mix. Then add the chili powder and increase the heat.

After the pepper, put the ground beef in thefrying pan, season with salt and pepper and mix well so that it crumbles into small pieces. Add tomato paste to the fried minced meat and bring to readiness.

Add Worcestershire sauce and finely chopped tomatoes, dried oregano and a pinch of sugar to the fried minced meat. Mix everything and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Boil the sausages, since the products in the hot dog should be approximately the same temperature while the minced meat is fried, the sausages can be kept in hot water under the lid. Cut the bun for hot dog, put the sausage in it, and put the fried minced meat on top.
